Ordering from Clo Mor Press

There are 2 ways of ordering from Clo Mor Press:
1. Visit one of our select retail stores. An experienced retail consultant will show you our work and walk you through the ordering process. OR
2. Request our order direct form so that one of our designers can contact you directly regarding your event or project.

ORDER DIRECT PROCESS:

Getting Started: First review our offered designs. Your finished piece may be one of our designs "as is" or a creation of your own derived from our many custom options - paper, envelopes, inks, fonts, motifs, embellish, pocket folders and variations. Once you have selected a design, format, or have an basic idea of how you would like piece to look, please complete the order form in as much detail as possible, sign and fax it to 707.734.5004. We will contact you via phone or email to confirm pricing and charge your credit card for a 50% deposit so we can open your order.

Design Consultation: Once your order is open, you will be assigned a ticket number and a design consultation via phone or Skype will be scheduled. During the consultation, your designer will review your order and provide any needed creative input.

Order Turnaround: Standard turnaround is approximately 20-30 business days (about 4-5 weeks) from start to finish depending how many revisions you require. You will receive a PDF proof within 5 business days of placing your order. Fax proofs are available upon request. Once you approve your order, plates will be made and your order will be ready to ship within 15 business days (about 3 weeks) from proof approval. Please note that some services, such as assembly and edge painting, may add an additional 5 business days to your turnaround from your proof approval.

Revisions: Once you receive your proof, 2 rounds of revisions are included in the price. Additional edits beyond this point are billed a proof fee of $25 per printed piece (i.e.: envelopes, response cards, invitations, menus, programs, tags, etc.). Please note that your approval of artwork for print assumes total responsibility for all design and typographical elements. Clo Mor Press is not responsible for spelling, typographical and design errors that you have approved. Clo Mor Press will not incur the costs of reprinting and shipping orders due to these errors, nor will a refund be issued.

Rush Orders: Depending on the press and holiday schedule, most rush orders can be accommodated. For orders to ship within 7 business days (not including weekends or holidays) from proof approval, please add 40% to the order total. RUSH order proofs will be sent within 2 business days of placing your order. Please note that some services, such as assembly and edge painting, may add additional business days to your turnaround from your proof approval.
